✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • In their original packaging

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to try a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
